Processing time

We strive to ship in a timely manner. Processing time is typically 1-2 business days plus shipping time.  We ship USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days) or USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days).

Wall Decal Tips

STORAGE: It is not recommended to store wall decals for a long time. For best results, plan to install your decal within 2 weeks. Avoid storing in a too warm or cold environment. The longer the vinyl sits, the harder it is to release from the paper. Decals are rolled when shipped. Unroll and lay flat on a hard surface. We recommend using the provided squeegee to go over the entire top of the decal before applying. This ensures good adhesion to the transfer paper and helps eliminate any bubbles acquired during shipping.

APPLICATION: If you are applying your decal to a window, glass surface, or any other flat non-porous area such as metal or plastic, it will stick strongly and right away. We use a MATTE vinyl that can be placed on any CLEAN, smooth, flat surface. It is removable but not reusable (it can only be applied once to a surface). The matte vinyl is recommended for indoor use or short-term outdoor use only. Vinyl decals cannot be used on heavily textured surfaces including orange peel walls, stucco or brick. Most decals are applied as one piece for easy application. Large decals may take two people and some extra patience.

We provide you with detailed instructions, a practice decal, and an application tool along with your order. Please read the instructions carefully and take your time for best results.

*Please note that vinyl decals are not recommended for use on low or no VOC painted walls. If placing over fresh paint, it is recommended to let the paint cure at least 2-3 weeks before applying as the vinyl may not want to stick. Images and colors are for display purposes only and may not accurately reflect the actual size and/or color of the item.

REMOVAL: Upon removal, there may be slight damage to paint and minor touchup might be necessary. To remove a wall decal, simply peel it off gently by hand or use a blow dryer on on heat position.

Outdoor Decal Tips

APPLICATION: We use a high-quality gloss permanent outdoor vinyl that is made to withstand the elements for up to 6 years. These work great on cars, trucks and trailers, or exterior doors and windows. Please note that extreme sun exposure can decrease this time frame. This can be applied to any CLEAN, smooth, flat surface.

REMOVAL: We recommend removing or replacing the decal every few years before fading or cracking begins. A hairdryer or heat gun on low can be used to help soften and remove. An adhesive remover can be used for any residue left over. Always test surface first for discoloration, etc.
